Love your customers

Any customer can choose to buy her stuff from any brand. There are few things we really must buy, or must buy by a specific retailer. To make the customer stay with my brand she needs to have a contract with me - structural or emotional. A structural contract can be for example a reward when returning. An emotional contract is more fun to create and maintain. It's built on a relationship.

The customers will then be a part of the product and actually of the team. Everyone in the team need feedback. They need to be encouraged and seen. They must be inspired - to stay and to develop further. What they develop is their identity and thereby also the identity of the brand. Therefor you must love your customers.
